Nuisance Complaints
The Property Maintenance Department’s Code Enforcement Official is charged with receiving and enforcing all substantiated complaints lodged by citizens. This employee investigates and may act on the following types of complaint: Exterior property issues, grass & weeds, garbage, litter, health matters, fire code matters, junk cars etc. If you believe you have a nuisance, please call the Property Maintenance Clerk at 740-373-9355 OR complete the nuisance form.
