Legislation prepared for introduction at the Marietta City Council meeting scheduled to be held on March 15, 2018.

ORDINANCES

1. Ordinance No. 27 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for the collection and removal of solid waste and designated recyclable materials from within the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
2. Ordinance No. 28 (18-19) An Ordinance to establish a plan for the allocation of indirect costs incurred by the Water Revenue Fund, the Sanitary Sewer Fund, the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund, the Fire Department Levy Fund, and the Capital Improvement Fund, to the General Fund of the City of Marietta, Ohio; to provide for the expiration of this Ordinance on December 31, 2018; and declaring an EMERGENCY.
3. Ordinance No. 29 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $41,300.00 for the calendar year 2018 to be divided quarterly, from the Fire Department Levy Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2018, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 28 (18-19), and declaring an EMERGENCY.
4. Ordinance No. 30 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $28,283.00 for the calendar year 2018 to be divided quarterly, from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2018, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 28 (18-19), and declaring an EMERGENCY.
5. Ordinance No. 31 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $416,175.00 for the calendar year 2018 to be divided quarterly, from the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2018, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 28 (18-19), and declaring an EMERGENCY.
6. Ordinance No. 32 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $233,081.00 for the calendar year 2018 to be divided quarterly, from the Sanitary Sewer Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2018, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 28 (18-19), and declaring an EMERGENCY.
7. Ordinance No. 33 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $270,032.00 for the calendar year 2018 to be divided quarterly, from the Water Revenue Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2018, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 28 (18-19), and declaring an EMERGENCY.
8. Ordinance No. 34 (18-19) An Ordinance to ratify the tentative Agreement entered into between the City of Marietta, Ohio, and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 442, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
9. Ordinance No. 35 (18-19) An Ordinance to transfer and appropriate funds.
10. Ordinance No. 36 (18-19) An Ordinance authorizing the City of Marietta, Ohio, to adopt a Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics for the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.

RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution No. 7 (18-19) A Resolution to authorize and direct the Mayor of the City of Marietta, Ohio to submit an application with the Ohio Development Services Agency, Office of Community Development, for a grant to conduct a Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program; to provide any additional information required in relation thereto; to act as the City’s representative in such matter; to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into an agreement with The Community Action Program Corporation of Washington-Morgan Counties, Ohio, for the implementation of said program upon the commitment of funds by the Ohio Department Services Agency; to approve the Policies and Procedures Manual to be used in the implementation of said program; and to establish the level of compensation to be paid to The Community Action Program Corporation of Washington-Morgan Counties, Ohio, for their services in the implementation of said program, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
