Nuisance Complaint
The Marietta City Health Department enforces the Property Maintenance Code Chapter 3, which includes exterior property areas (weeds, garbage, rubbish, litter, rat harborage and etc). For garbage, weeds and sewage complaints, please print and use the attached complaint form. The complaint form must be completed and returned with a valid signature.
