Vaccinations
Immunizations are administered on Mondays from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The first Monday of every month we give immunizations from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate working parents. No appointment is necessary.
Childhood ImmunizationsAll required childhood vaccines are offered at the Marietta City Health Department at a cost of $10.00 each. Medicaid is accepted and no one is turned away due to inability to pay. To see if your child's vaccination record is up-to-date on immunizations or for more information about childhood immunizations, please visit www.immunize.org or call the Nursing Division of the Marietta City Health Department at 373-0611 Extension 186. The table that follows is the recommended childhood immunization schedule for 2009.

Medicaid is accepted for all adult vaccines. Medicare Part B is accepted for Influenza and Pneumonia Vaccines.
TB (Mantoux) Skin TestsTB tests are also offered at the Marietta City Health Department for adults on Mondays at a cost of $10.00. Anyone receiving a TB test must return to the health department on the following Wednesday in order to have their TB test read. Medicaid is accepted for this service.
Traveling VaccinesThe Marietta City Health Department now offers vaccines for international travel for a one-time initial $15.00 office visit fee. Please call 740-373-0611 for more information.
