The City of Marietta has six lighted hard courts. Four are located at Lookout Park and two are located at Indian Acres. The City works with the local Marietta Area Community Tennis Association (MACTA) to promote the sport.


The Marietta Area Community Tennis Association (MACTA) will be running adult men's and women's tennis leagues throughout the summer starting in May 2011. Leagues will administered in manner similar to the USTA flex leagues. Participation is open to players over 18 yrs. old residing in the MOV. Skill level is basic beginner to advanced. The Marietta Area Community Tennis Association (MACTA) will be providing adult tennis lessons for beginners starting May 2011. These lessons will run throughout the summer. Lessons will be geared to individuals with no prior experience. These lessons will also serve to refresh players returning to the game. Contact Claire at (740) 376-0573 for additional info.
