Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program

The Cities of Marietta, Belpre and Washington County have funds available to eligible homeowners to make improvements to: electrical, plumbing, heating systems and interior and exterior structural components such as: roofs, siding and gutters.

The City of Belpre and Washington County partnership has 9 whole-house rehabilitations available. The City of Marietta has 4 whole-house rehabilitations available.

An average owner-occupied rehabilitation projects invests about $25,000 in a home and the post-rehab dwelling meets Ohio’s Residential Rehabilitation Standards.

Also available in Belpre and Washington County are home repair projects to address one of the above issues, investing up to $15,000.

Homeowners must be at or below 80% of the area median income ($47,100 for a family of three) to be income eligible.

All projects must be complete by October 31, 2021.
