Emergency Repair Program
The purpose of this program is to eliminate emergency housing conditions that threaten the health and safety of low-income homeowners. The scopes of repairs include the following: Heating, Plumbing, Water and Sewer Service, Roofs, Structural, Electrical and Handicapped Accessibility. The maximum amount of the grant is $10,000.
The program is made possible through Community Development Block Grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. All grants will be secured by a mortgage and forgiven in the amount of 25% annually until forgiven in full.

Paint Marietta Program
Marietta's paint program is designed to enable Marietta's income-eligible resident homeowners to improve their home by providing free exterior paint for home beautification and protection.
